The POS app (SUNMI, Android and iPad)

The OSSALON POS app for devices: direct printing, the customer display and offline mode.

Install

  • SUNMI and Android: download the app from ossalon.app/download/pos and install it (allow installs from this source).
  • iPad: ask the OSSALON team for the install link, or use the POS in the browser and add it to the home screen.

Use

  1. 1Sign in with the username and PIN.
  2. 2Open the sales day from the app if it is not open yet.
  3. 3The Menu has Bookings, Redeem Gift, Held Invoices, Printer settings and Close Sales.

Offline

If the connection drops, selling continues and is saved on the device, new customers are added locally, and the app syncs everything automatically when the connection returns, without duplicate sales.
