Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or where OSSALON expressly approves a refund.
Cancellation
A cancellation normally stops the next renewal. Access and any remaining paid period are handled according to the subscription terms communicated at purchase.
Payment Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support promptly with the salon name, transaction reference and date. Do not send full card details or security codes.
Gift Purchases
Gift-card refunds or cancellations may depend on whether the gift has been activated, redeemed or already used. The applicable salon's gift terms may also apply.
